Our Services

Cardiac Computed Tomography Angiography

(CCTA) Coronary Calcium Scan

CardiaSpace will set up refined cardiac protocols on your facility’s eligible CT scanners, securely connect your scanner to our HIPPA compliant server, and provide timely interpretation of the scans with full HL7 integration with your facility’s EMR (conditional to facilities EMR capability).

CardiaSpace will set up refined cardiac protocols on your facility’s eligible CT scanners, securely transfer images to our HIPAA compliant server, and provide timely interpretation of the studies. Full HL7 integration with the facility’s EMR is available depending on the EMR capability.

Our team will provide emergency departments with evidence-based workflow for evaluation of patients with acute chest pain utilizing coronary CTA. Stat turnaround times and precise coronary evaluation allow early decision making for patients in the ED and reduce emergency department overcrowding.

Our experts can provide scan protocols and image interpretation to help structural/interventional cardiologists planning for trans-catheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), trans-catheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR), Watchman device implantation and post-implantation surveillance for peri-device leak.

Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (CMR)

CardiaSpace MRI physicists will work on the facility’s MRI scanners and customize cardiac pulse sequences to produce excellent cardiac MRI images that will improve diagnostic capabilities. Full spectrum cardiac MRI exams can characterize myocardial function, viability and inflammation, all essential in the evaluation of various myocardial diseases.

CardiaSpace MRI physicists will work on the facility’s MRI scanners and create refined cardiac pulse sequences and enable full spectrum cardiac MRI exams. This can be used to characterize cardiac function and structure, myocardial viability, scar burden and inflammation.

We will work with your cardiac electrophysiology team and provide custom cardiac MRI exams tailored to provide 3D anatomy of the heart and adjacent structures, arrhythmia substrate identification to be used in guiding various ablation procedures.

CardiacSpace provides refined chest MR angiography protocol which can be utilized for aortic aneurysm diagnosis and surveillance without radiation exposure and in certain conditions without the use of any contrast agents.

Transthoracic Echocardiogram (TTE)

CardiaSpace provides facilities with ASE compliant transthoracic echocardiogram acquisition protocols, ongoing quality improvement and professional interpretation of studies which includes STAT and routine studies. Mobile echocardiogram service for facilities without ultrasound machines is also available with flexible scheduling based on the facility’s needs.
